Located in the eastside in an up-and-coming neighborhood, Hacienda Cinco de Mayo is only 9 blocks away and a 13-minute walk to the beach (golden zone) of Bucerias.
Featuring a contemporary Mexican design, our condominium building has a main floor level with a pool on the ground floor and outdoor lounge space plus three floors of residential living. We also have a magnificent rooftop patio lounge providing 360-degree views of the ocean and surrounding forest.
Enjoy our one-bedroom apartment that includes a fully stocked kitchen along with a living and dinning area. The unit also includes a separate bedroom and bathroom. The spacious patio on the balcony allows for a magnificent partial ocean view and a taste of the local Mexican residential living.
The Large Studio Apartment has open area concept and includes most of the amenities that you will find in our one bedroom apartment.
The Small Studio Apartment has an open area concept and includes most of the amenities that you will find in our Large Studio.
The layout resembles the large studio all within a smaller space and balcony.
The small studio was perfect for our trip to Bucerias. Everything was very good the place was very clean and well stocked and the hosts were super helpful and quick to respond.

The large studio was awesome, clean, bright and no issues with anything. We had plenty of space for all our things and really enjoyed our time staying there. Sulekha our host was very personable and responsive to any of our needs. We most most certainly would come back.

We had an amazing stay in the one bedroom apartment. The space is exactly as advertised cozy, clean, and has all the amenities that you would need. The hosts were easy to deal with and extremely responsive to any of our needs.
